Return and Refund Policy for Moving Chapter

Returns

At Moving Chapter, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will proceed with processing your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

- Personalized items
- Underwear
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or not in the original packaging
